Nature Hero - some of us use artifical trees that we store in our basements. But I think you should start a tree mulching service for all the yuppies in your area. Yuppies like to spend money to feel environmentally conscious. It's a well known fact.
Supposedly DC collects the trees and does make them into mulch. Then it is available for residents although I have never heard anything about this free mulch program.
In the Outer Banks in NC they take the old xmas trees and stick them in the sand dunes to prevent beach erosion. But then in the summer, do the tourists see a line of old christmas trees?
